Graham Duncan Murray - UK Based Founder and CEO
Graham has almost 40 years IT and Business experience gained working and living in the UK, USA, Middle East, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia. From Contract Logistics in the UK, Oil & Gas in the UK, UAE, Kuwait and Saudi to Utilities in Eastern Australia, Mining in Western Australia, Airlines in Hong Kong  and Healthcare in Qatar, Graham has delivered Services and Solutions to Customers and worked with some of the world's giants in SAP, Oracle, IBM, Atos, Al Abbas, NEC, Fujitsu, Microsoft, Kuehne + Nagel, Cathay Pacific and Hong Kong Airlines.  Graham's roles have covered Consulting Delivery, Sales and Customer Relationship Management. Very much a people person, father of 4, Graham likes to lead by example and holds strong values in Honesty, Integrity, Belief and Pioneering.
UK - Logistics
Graham returned to the UK in 2017 after 20 years abroad and joined KN Drinks Logistics as a Programme Manager. Within 3 months Graham was promoted to Business Systems and Programs Manager and at the beginning of 2019 Graham took on the role of Head of Programme for Kuehne + Nagel UK wide, expanding the role to cover major Programs across the vast UK Network covering Drinks, Foods, MoD, Pharma, Retail & Technology and Aerospace.
Hong Kong - Airlines and Cargo

Graham twice relocated to Hong Kong, first from Perth, Australia with Oracle to join Hong Kong Cargo Terminals Limited then to return a second time to Cathay Pacific.
Graham was provided by Oracle in the role of Executive level Director at Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (HACTL). He worked on a program to transform outdated Real-Time Systems onto modern Technologies and Application Systems using Oracle's Fusion Middleware and Java Application Software. Graham managed teams of Program and Project Managers introducing Standards, Procedures and Techniques in line with modern day Infrastructure, Middle Ware, Programming Languages and Methodologies. Graham was chairman  of the Steering Committee reporting to the Board of Directors consisting of multiple stakeholders from various companies.
Graham was Program Manager for the Design and Implementation of real time connectivity between ground and air during all stages of flight on Cathay Pacific's fleet, working closely with Engineering, Flight Operations, Pilots, GM's, Directors and  the CEO. When Cathay Pacific took delivery of their first Airbus A350 Aircraft Graham was on board from Toulouse, France, delivering the plane into service at Hong Kong International Airport. An experience not to forget. Graham also took on the role of Account Manager for the Enterprise Solution Center, managing a portfolio of programs across many lines of business at Cathay City.
Part of the Digital Transformation at Cathay Pacific involved frequent work with the Pilot community to understand their needs, whether it was upgrading the cockpit to become paperless,  transmitting Tech Logs in real time or integrating Cabin Systems, Graham often flew in the cockpit to gain an  understanding of the communications between Ground and Aircraft Systems and the impact on Aviation equipment. Graham also evaluated differing technologies on board aircraft for connectivity suitability.
Hong Kong Airlines were struggling to organize the company to deal with new fleet type arrivals, implement IT Solutions, Integrate Departments and in general struggled for IT to have a voice in the Board. Graham joined as Deputy GM and successfully selected a Vendor Solution for a fully integrated Flight Operations system following multiple global site visits to evaluate solutions in operation at various Airlines. Hong Kong Airlines took guidance from Graham and created the role of IT Director with a voice in the Board.
The Middle East - Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Healthcare

The Middle East was quite an experience for Graham. Delivering solutions to the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical giants across the region included EPPCO, ENOC, ADCO and ADNOC in the UAE, KOC, KPC, KNPC in Kuwait, SABIC in Saudi Arabia as well as Al Abbas in FMCG, Qatar Petroleum in Healthcare and Design of the IT Newtwork Infrastructure for the Education City at Qatar Foundation.
Graham spent 1 year in Kuwait City responsible for a Program of works to implement Oracle eBusiness suite for several of Kuwait's giants: KOC, KPC, KNPC. Very demanding clients who, during design phase, requested that we disengage with their resources and just implement our product. A greenfield in every sense !
Creation and Management of a Project Management Office (PMO) to oversee the bid process through to implementation of Projects, ensuring that all projects adhered to Corporate and IT Strategies, whilst setting timescales and ensuring expectations were correctly set for the Royal Commission of Jubail, Yanbu and Riyadh.
Graham managed a joint venture Implementation of SAP ERP, SAP Maintenance and Meridium Asset Performance Management software for Saudi Arabia Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC). Teams were assembled from the USA, MIddle East and Saudi Arabia. Stationed in Yanbu in the North West of Saudi on the Red Sea. Conditions were extreme but results were significant for SABIC.

Graham managed a Program for ADCO and Oracle to develop extensibility software which allowed Oracle clients to modify core system functionality without the need for developers. The teams were located in Denver, Aberdeen, and Dubai. This also involved inplementation of Oracle's eBusiness Suite as well as Supply Chain and Warehouse Management.
Emirates Petroleum Products Company  Limited is where it all started in the Middle East for Graham. Brought in from the UK by Oracle Graham implemented Oracle's eBusiness Suite, Supply Chain, order Management, Warehouse Management, Human Resources and Payroll systems. This included implementations at EPPCO's Star Mart's which were retail shops at their Fuel Stations.
Successful at EPPCO Graham moved on first to ENOC to implement similar solutions before vbecoming Oracle's Program Manager for the Middle East region, implementing Oracle's eBusiness Suite, Supply Chain, Order Management and Warehouse Management software.
Qatar Petroleum engaged with Graham to evaluate the World's leading providers of Healthcare software. The Top 50 were invited to Tender with a Long List of 10 being selected for further evaluation, with the final 3 successful vendors hosting site visits to highlight and demonstrate the benefits of their solutions for QP's Onshore and Offshrore Clinics. 
Graham was engaged by Qatar Foundation to draw up the IT Network Infrastructure Strategy for the Education City, now an Icon for Qatar. Starting from scratch, in the desert, the Education City grew at enormous pace and the technology for the Schools, Universities, Campus and Accommodation all required latest technologies to be implemented. A truly transformational program.
Australia: Oil & Gas, Mining and Utilities

Graham was asked by Oracle to return to Oracle in Perth, Western Australia and went on to have two spells in Australia, both around 3 years, the second in Brisbane before returning to Perth. Graham had several roles which saw him working across the Country in Queensland, New South Wales, Southern Australia and Western Australia.
Reshaping of the NEC IT Solutions practice across Australia, responsible for defining the practice structure, building customer and vendor relationships, engagement and alignment of strategies with Major Vendors as well as management of all NEC resources across Australia. Graham provided leadership and guidance to the National Delivery Team and the PMO in securing ITIL status, associations and memberships as well as partner status accreditation. Implementations included Oracle’s eBusiness Suite of Financials, HR&Payroll as well as Peoplesoft.
Responsible for the delivery of the Upstream Portfolio of Programs and Projects for Origin Energy, working with and managing the PMO, Business Partners and Program Managers in association with other Delivery Managers in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. The Upstream Portfolio of Programs and Projects covered all aspects of the Upstream Business (Capital Projects, Finance, Oracle ERP, Land Management, Asset Management, Production, Maintenance, Geophysics, Petroleum Engineering, Hydrocarbon Accounting and Exploration) with over 40 Projects in total.
Graham was Portfolio Program Manager with responsibility for delivery of Facilities Engineering and Integrity Management portfolios into INPEX flagship Ichthys LNG project. Graham looked after preparation of Master Data through third party software, NRX Asset Hub into SAP Plant Maintenance, Asset Performance Monitoring solutions from Meridium including Functional Safety, Corrosion & Erosion, Inspection Management & Reliability and other solutions from Intergraph for management of Engineering Drawings and Data, integrating all solutions using both standard connectors and non standard solutions.
Graham was the Strategic Account Manager for Oracle at the Government of Western Australia for a Shared Services program, responsible for generating revenues for Oracle by selling services and solutions into the account and managing teams across several lines of business. Graham assisted Sales Teams and Clients on contractual agreements securing over AUD 20M annual business, transformed a failing program into a reference account, sold Oracle Services to the Government, delivered projects with higher than expected margins, managed outsourced resources in the Philippines and India and performed Project Health Checks at other Client Sites for Oracle.
Graham was the Oracle Program Manager responsible for the implementation of Oracle's eBusiness Suite for Barrick Gold, the world's largest Gold producer. Kalgoorlie, home of the Superpit, the largest mine in the Southern Hemisphere is where Graham managed the implementation of Finance, Maintenance, HR and Payroll. This was the world's first successful implementation of Oracle R12 Finance and Maintenance, a huge success for Oracle. A truly amazing experience in the wilderness of Australia's outback. The featured Hotel is where Graham stayed, some 800 miles inland form Perth, Western Australia, a mining town resembling something you would see in a Cowboy movie.

Graham provided expertise in Project Management to Oracle resources and advised Sales Teams on Oracle’s latest selling Tools and Techniques. He assisted clients entering into Oracle’s Marketplace Exchange for B2B.

Graham completed a Feasibility Study for Philippines Long Distance Telecommunications (ePLDT) in the Philippines to connect any device to any service, ensuring that the strategy enabled the people in the Philippines affordable access to Mobile Phones and Solutions.
